Has to be a scam Has to be a scam. Just like others have posted, ordered December 16th, still haven’t gotten it. Tracking is crazy nonsense and now finally today (Jan 19) says undeliverable, shocker…. Do not order from this company, wish I had seen these reviews before I had ordered:(

On Dec.15 got an email that there may be a delay on shipping so I replied to cancel since they would not be here on time. After 1 month they arrived and I have repeatedly asked to return since I had to purchase a replacement gift. No reply time after time. Do not order from this company!

they took my money they took my money, they said it was on it's way, then I received a message it was delivered on November 18, 2023 but, it was not. I sent 4 emails since then and although they say they respond within 24 hours, I have yet to receive a reply from them and it is December 3, 2023. They sent a product that worked as… They sent a product that worked as intended, FOR1 MINUTE. Then the LED strip came loose and broke off. It has been 6 weeks of sending them photo and video proof of the defective toy. They keep saying that they will send a replacement, but I want a refund - just as they promise on their web site.

Miserable experience with this company. Orders in mid December and on January 12, 2023 still no product. Tracking (if it isn’t fake) shows the item cleared customs on January in Los Angeles. Tracking has not updated since then. I’m now convinced this is just a slam. I have asked Pay Pal for a refund since this should be covered with their buyer protection.
