DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU This company is the worst I've ever done business with. It took more than a month, almost two, to get the products which were promised to arrive within the week of ordering them. When it was clear they would arrive way too late I contacted them to cancel the order and they wouldn't allow me to. Then when they did arrive, one broke the first time it was used and bumped a chair. The Orbbs DO NOT hold a charge for more than a few minutes. All four of mine are defective. I have been in a dispute case since EARLY DECEMBER with PayPal over the purchases made from this illegitimate scammer company. I just want to return these pieces of junk. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY.

Cheap... don't bother I ordered the Fly Orbb before Thanksgiving, and it arrived on Christmas Eve. I had to email them and request that they update the shipping info which they eventually did. The item was very cheap and broke within 20 minutes of use. I've emailed them to return the item but have not heard back. Don't waste your money or time

Received first fly orbb quickly but it had a faulty usb connection; after sending evidence, a replacement was sent AMAZINGLY quickly. Had been a bit anxious about placing order initially as could not find reviews etc. but I would happily place more orders with this company.

I sent 4 emails since then and although they say they respond within 24 hours, I have yet to receive a reply from them and it is December 3, 2023.
