GBVisited Burlington on Loop 281 in… Visited Burlington on Loop 281 in longview on Feb.24, 2020 and was not pleased with my experience. The prices and selection were great. After finding a few impulse items I went to the counter where there were 2 checkout clerks. Both of which ignored me. Didn't even acknowledge me. Another point, a customer came straight from the entrance and bypassed the lines jumping straight to the front of the line with her return leaving myself and the others in line frustrated. One clerk began helping her while the other just folded closes at the counter chatting with the other clerk. Ultimately I did not make a purchase and watch other customers frustrations grow. I will not be returning.

GBI have a recording after calling the… Burlington stores no longer allow their customers to use the public bathroom. After calling the corporate office to explain the frustrations of what I was feeling, the customer service rep was very rude and I have it recorded. I was not allowed to ask for a manager. I was told it's corporate's decision. We need to boycott the store!! I will put this on TikTok.

GBI am very disappointed them closing the bathrooms for customers I am very disappointed with their stores eliminating bathrooms for customers. I had to leave their Ontario CA store and go to a neighboring business to use the restroom. Needless to say I didn't go back to give them my business. I thought this was an isolated incident at this store but I found out a few days later that it was the same at their Torrance CA store. I am guessing this is the result of some corporate decision maker who could care less about the convenience of the customer and expects people to continue to shop with them. I am going to voice my displeasure on every social media platform that I use.

GBClothes not stitched properly Bought some clothes for my baby last week on wednesday by friday she wore the pajamas by the morning the pijamas were ripped from the sewing lines so I checked it it turns out those spots barely had any cloth left in the seams so the stitch could grab the other piece of clothing. A waste of $10 plus time & the drive.

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service! Debbie the manager at the Mentor, Ohio burlington is very unprofessional and needs fired, she should not be a manager! I also have found other reviews and complaints from customers about her being unprofessional and rude! I just can't understand how she still is employed at burlington, let alone still a manager?!?! how do you continue to let someone so unprofessional be a team leader! I asked her for corporates number and she told me too google it, snd hungup on me...I will never shop at this store ever again! I will be calling corporate Monday morning 9am sharp!. 🙂
