USED TO BE MY FAVORITE STORE EVEN… USED TO BE MY FAVORITE STORE EVEN EXCUSING THE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...... Their website is useless, looking for a certain item but you can only view items in their stores now. Ridiculous Who wants to drive 20 mins just to find out the store does not have it. Until Burlington reactivate their website I will not shop their stores. People time is valuable, there is an epidemic IT'S NOT SAFE ANYMORE TO BE MIXING AND MINGLING SHOPPING IN STORES

I have been a customer at Burlington… I have been a customer at Burlington for many years , visited multiple locations . My greatest experience was at the Valley Stream location with a dedicated , hardworking , polite and diligent cashier by the name of Radha Ganness .You don’t see this type of hospitality in retail anymore . Five stars for Mrs . Ganness and continued success . Keep up the great work , job well done .

I have a recording after calling the… Burlington stores no longer allow their customers to use the public bathroom. After calling the corporate office to explain the frustrations of what I was feeling, the customer service rep was very rude and I have it recorded. I was not allowed to ask for a manager. I was told it's corporate's decision. We need to boycott the store!! I will put this on TikTok.

I went to return something and there… I went to return something and there was no one at the return counter. Only one lane open when I arrived and no particular line formation. Another register was opened when back up was asked for but 2 customers serviced before me that came in after. There was no manager present at the front and the employees were not properly trained on how to handle the customers. Need to reevaluate who is managing the store and train the employees, also should have defined line so that unfairness dosen't happen because people are rude and really don't care for others these days.

Fake products I didn’t know they have Such a bad rating. I bought a luggage bag from their store and it broke into pieces in my first trip, I tried to contact them to get some help but the staff was so rude and didn’t do anything about it, I hope this review with help others so they don’t buy from this store.
