GBExcellent Customer Service from Brie Dear Burlington Coat Factory, This review is for a very professional associate at your Braintree Grossman Drive store, Her name is Brie! She went over and beyond to assist me regarding an item I needed to purchase at your store for my daughter’s birthday. She put it aside for me so I may purchase it after I got off work. To Bries supervisor, please confirm with her receipt of this review. She is definitely an asset to the store. The true meaning of A+ customer service. Thank You Brie! From Debra!

GBI went to return something and there… I went to return something and there was no one at the return counter. Only one lane open when I arrived and no particular line formation. Another register was opened when back up was asked for but 2 customers serviced before me that came in after. There was no manager present at the front and the employees were not properly trained on how to handle the customers. Need to reevaluate who is managing the store and train the employees, also should have defined line so that unfairness dosen't happen because people are rude and really don't care for others these days.

GBClothes not stitched properly Bought some clothes for my baby last week on wednesday by friday she wore the pajamas by the morning the pijamas were ripped from the sewing lines so I checked it it turns out those spots barely had any cloth left in the seams so the stitch could grab the other piece of clothing. A waste of $10 plus time & the drive.

GBSeasonal Work, Manassas VA I did Seasonal Work here in Manassas, VA Burlington and loved working there. Fast paced environment but very fun. Also the manager worked with me on less hours due to my disability. I would work here again in a heartbeat. I wish I could of stayed on! Oh well.

GBTERRIBLE… Must stay this location has TERRIBLE managers. The location is not clean, products are everywhere except where they should be. During the "checkout" process they only had one cashier with about 20 people in line. I asked the cashier who the manager was on site, she stated there were two there HMMMM, I managed over 30 years in retail and my customers were always number one. So You LAZY Managers sitting on your backsides should have gotten help to open another register or two, or simply check customers out yourselves...Remember as a manager you need to remember who your bosses are, they are every customer that shops at your location. Today you proved that you both put yourselves above your customers and corporate will hear about this as I am not finished with your SLOTHFUL WAYS.
