GBWorst store in my life I wish never to… Worst store in my life I wish never to go there again whyyyy???? because three times I returned my items before 30 days I put it my phone number and email’s too which is they told me in this case you can refund after 45 days when I went there they told me they don’t show anything in there system!!!what that means it means Burlington they don’t need anyone returne there stuff that why I say worst experience with Burlington I wish no shopping in this store 😡😡

GBTheir Kingston NY Location This review concerns the Burlington store in Kingston, NY. We walked into this location today looking for a fall jacket for my wife. We walked into a store large enough to house a dozen or so railway cars. The amount of merchandise on display couldn't fill their bathroom. Literally, thousands of square feet of empty racks and bare, unoccupiied floor space. There were no clearance or going out of business signs, but it left me wondering why not...or why they open at all.

GBTERRIBLE… Must stay this location has TERRIBLE managers. The location is not clean, products are everywhere except where they should be. During the "checkout" process they only had one cashier with about 20 people in line. I asked the cashier who the manager was on site, she stated there were two there HMMMM, I managed over 30 years in retail and my customers were always number one. So You LAZY Managers sitting on your backsides should have gotten help to open another register or two, or simply check customers out yourselves...Remember as a manager you need to remember who your bosses are, they are every customer that shops at your location. Today you proved that you both put yourselves above your customers and corporate will hear about this as I am not finished with your SLOTHFUL WAYS.

GBI used to love Burlinton I used to love Burlinton, but after my visit in November 2022 to the Granada Hills store, I will not be returning. The clothing has gone downhill, and the store is a total mess with a multitude of merchandise lying in the aisles. There were only 2 cashiers in slow motion with about a dozen people in line. My wait to check out was approx 15-20 minutes and the cashier did not smile nor did she speak to me. I amsodisappointed and will not return again!
