I ordered a washer dryer combo I ordered a washer dryer combo, after removing my washer and dryer they started installing the new unit. The dryer was badly damaged.The new washer and dryer were taken back with the promise of a new set being delivered the following Monday. The second phone call Said Tuesday, The third call said April 5th. I have no washer and dryer. How does this company stay in buisness? David Krol

Better than walmart It's the best alternative to hyped walmart. The prices are almost the same, I mean they are kinda low, plus the assortment seems to be even bigger. Whenever I need to buy food for a week, or to make a big purchase, I firstl go to the costco to evaluate the assortment, their offer, and only then consider other shops. But, as a rule, I find everything inside this big supermarket. Thus I am quite happy having this supermarket chain under the belt all the time I require making purchases.

Just had the weirdest delivery interaction … Just had the weirdest delivery experience after purchasing a TV from Costco.com. My delivery was scheduled for around 3:30PM and around 3:18PM, I received an email from Costco that said "your order was delivered" with a blurry photo of a sheet of paper, but the weird thing was I had not yet received the TV. Then about 15 minutes after that email, 2 guys pulled up and delivered the TV, but they told me that in order to leave the TV, they had to be able to take it into my house and had to take a picture of the TV inside the house. The said if they could not take a picture of the TV inside my house, then they could NOT leave the TV. I've ordered many TVs from Costco, and have never heard this before. I also never get the $30 upgrade for the white glove delivery, so there is no reason why the delivery people should have been asking to come inside my home. Even if you do order white glove, you should still be able to tell the delivery people when they arrive that you just want them to put the item on the porch of wherever you want the item. This whole experience was just odd, and sketchy. Wondering if delivery people were just trying to case my house, but I told them if they wanted they could just take back the TV because they were not coming in my house. They were pretty agro about it as well. not sure if they were having a bad day or what, but just the whole thing was so odd. Also, just called Costco customer service, and their policy is that if no one is home, then they cannot leave the item outside but if the owner is home, then the item can be left wherever the owner indicates. So again, just very very strange. Just kinda making me feel sick to my stomach.

Tried the new Costco orange cinnamon… Tried the new Costco orange cinnamon rolls thinking they sound really good. My opinion, well they SUCK!!!!! And I mean they really S-U-C-K!!!!!!! You can't really taste the orange in the rolls and they are dry as the GOBI desert. I tried to heat them for the recommended 20 seconds, but all that did was give me a warm, dry sucky cinnamon roll. In my opinion I would not buy them. Shame on you Costco. Fire your taste testers!!! Addition: My wife says that although they are not great, she says they are not bad. She IS disappointed that there is no orange taste as advertised. Addition to the addition: I tried making some powered sugar frosting (powdered sugar, a little water, and some vanilla). That helped a little in making it passible for consumption.
