My order was canceled because support… My order was canceled because support is very poor. Of course costco is not good enough to cancel canceled order. I was forced to reorder sam tv in higher price, I was promised by Harry - refund but I never recieved price match refund. Also I was promised same delivery slot day for new order as I Book day off and installation guy for old delivery date but delivery company - Kinetic Logistics not answering, They just sending automated emails ad text with apologies. So I'm over 2 weeks without money and tv. Also I was promised by support different delivery company will be used but unfortunately delivery was booked with same poor company- Kinetic Logistics. I'll never use them again.

I ordered a washer dryer combo I ordered a washer dryer combo, after removing my washer and dryer they started installing the new unit. The dryer was badly damaged.The new washer and dryer were taken back with the promise of a new set being delivered the following Monday. The second phone call Said Tuesday, The third call said April 5th. I have no washer and dryer. How does this company stay in buisness? David Krol

Great Prices and Great Product I was surprised to see so many negative reviews about Costco since they are a low cost warehouse with no frills, but the savings get passed to the consumer. Great place to save money on staple products like fruits, vegetables, and other great finds. A lot of my friends are also enjoy Costco, some wear their Kirkland logo with pride. They also have a great return policy, if things are not you expected. I actually think they have a very fare return policy too.

POOR SERVICE I returned some expensive items purchased on my Freedom Visa card, and I expected my return credit to be against the charges on this card. Andrew, Honolulu Costco, took it upon himself to credit my Costco Visa and, therefore, lost my purchase credit points against the Costco visa I did not use for the purchase. Imagine how much money Costco can save by cheating the customer their purchase percentages of their executive card. I stood in line for thirty minutes for this less than honest practice.

Tried the new Costco orange cinnamon… Tried the new Costco orange cinnamon rolls thinking they sound really good. My opinion, well they SUCK!!!!! And I mean they really S-U-C-K!!!!!!! You can't really taste the orange in the rolls and they are dry as the GOBI desert. I tried to heat them for the recommended 20 seconds, but all that did was give me a warm, dry sucky cinnamon roll. In my opinion I would not buy them. Shame on you Costco. Fire your taste testers!!! Addition: My wife says that although they are not great, she says they are not bad. She IS disappointed that there is no orange taste as advertised. Addition to the addition: I tried making some powered sugar frosting (powdered sugar, a little water, and some vanilla). That helped a little in making it passible for consumption.
