The dryer was badly damaged.The new washer and dryer were taken back with the promise of a new set being delivered the following Monday. The second phone call Said Tuesday, The third call said April 5th. I have no washer and dryer. How does this company stay in buisness? David Krol

Better than walmart It's the best alternative to hyped walmart. The prices are almost the same, I mean they are kinda low, plus the assortment seems to be even bigger. Whenever I need to buy food for a week, or to make a big purchase, I firstl go to the costco to evaluate the assortment, their offer, and only then consider other shops. But, as a rule, I find everything inside this big supermarket. Thus I am quite happy having this supermarket chain under the belt all the time I require making purchases.

Great Prices and Great Product I was surprised to see so many negative reviews about Costco since they are a low cost warehouse with no frills, but the savings get passed to the consumer. Great place to save money on staple products like fruits, vegetables, and other great finds. A lot of my friends are also enjoy Costco, some wear their Kirkland logo with pride. They also have a great return policy, if things are not you expected. I actually think they have a very fare return policy too.

Stroke Survivor rebuffed Long-time customer at same location. I know, and call, many employees by their first name. I use the "express/self serve" registers, because I cannot use my left hand for lifting even 5# items, and I have balance issues. Last month, Lori, refused to scan my items, and said, "God does not make mistakes," when I explained I was a stroke survivor. Two days ago, Brad, told me that I had to scan my own 6 items, and I had three options: go to a regular register, wait up to 10 minutes for someone to help me, or talk to a manager.

POOR SERVICE I returned some expensive items purchased on my Freedom Visa card, and I expected my return credit to be against the charges on this card. Andrew, Honolulu Costco, took it upon himself to credit my Costco Visa and, therefore, lost my purchase credit points against the Costco visa I did not use for the purchase. Imagine how much money Costco can save by cheating the customer their purchase percentages of their executive card. I stood in line for thirty minutes for this less than honest practice.
