Love our Jeep Love our Jeep! It was delayed because they had ran out of the model that I ordered but they made it right. They gave us a couple of options on other jeeps and ride on toys and I’m glad we decided to upgrade to the new model very impressed this thing is awesome.

Trendtimes is the worst merchant I've… Trendtimes is the worst merchant I've been buying something. I purchased a very expensive item from them and it's not even a year and the electronic car is not working properly. Contacted them and submitted e-mails several times and no response as of yet and no one answers our phone calls. I don't recommend any body to purchase from them. Very irresponsible and very expensive items for the quality. No costumer service.

Has the worst customer service. DOES NOT GIVE TRACKING NUMBERS. Ordered a product two weeks ago and still waiting..afraid I have been scammed out of $500. So so afraid I may never get my gas boat for my son who has cancer and requested only this one thing for Christmas! He will be devastated and so will I. Trendtimes has no contact number and emails are quite generic. I spent every last dime I had to buy this item $500....so praying it comes 😐😣

Pathetic experience Worst experience that I have had in years. Fake advertising. The car was suppose to be for a 6 years old and my 4 year old barely fits in the car. Called customer service and they keep telling me that somebody is going to call to solve the issue. They want a restocking fee after they they were suppose to solve me the problem. That was suppose to be the Christmas gift for my son. Today is January 13th and I am still dealing with them.
