DO NOT USE THIS SITE DO NOT USE THIS SITE I Ordered with express shipping over a month ago and after several attempts to contact them still NO RESPONSE!!! So disappointed as it was purchased for a Christmas gift and I have now had to spend double or finding something else.

NO!! Do not order!! I ordered a name puzzle and the images were printed incorrectly and was terrible quality. I emailed asking for a refund and they responded with a “beat around the bush” way of saying no, I kept emailing back demanding one, and they never replied. Not reliable and terrible communication. All around sketchy

Scam Customer service doesn’t exist and I highly doubt that I will receive my order at all. I was thinking that the price is fair and the website looks nice, so it must be legit but they are probably just scammers, taking money from people without the intention to actually make and send the order. It is even sadder that they chose a toy for children. Super disappointed!

Unacceptable Item arrived late despite me paying for expedited shipping. I was promised, in writing, that I would be refunded shipping costs if my order was not received by Christmas. I have yet to receive my refund despite following up three times with the company.

Advertising inaccurate and changes Advertising inaccurate and changes. Item took weeks to arrive. Tiny puzzle of 1 arrived when it should have been 4. When I showed them a screenshot of my purchase they replied with something different. Avoid purchasing from this company.
