terrible service and non-safety product I ordered personalized lamps for the wall, resigned myself to looking at Zeo instead of Leo, hung it on the wall above the baby’s crib, fell several times (lucky that the baby was not in the crib), asked several times for a return, they lose the request and say hang it again using more tape, probably so that this time it would fall on the baby... I used two tapes, hung them on the side of the crib, fell again three times, then used three tapes - it worked, but now there are not enough tapes, so I ask to them: can I have more tapes, they do not provide. So can’t use it with original set, I have to looking for something like double tape by myself, I’m not recommend this company, it’s absolutely not safe for baby. It fell again and again.

Very small, poor quality Very small, cheaply made puzzle, cracked by the first letter of the name. I ordered one without the pegs, but pegs were in the letters and the board itself is flimsy. Have requested a refund, but no response as of yet.

Do not order from this company Do not order from this company! Ordered a name puzzle which showed the babies name and other puzzle pieces of animals that was A4 sized and received just a tiny puzzle with the babies name only which looks cheap and tacky and about the size of an iPhone. Just tried to get a refund and the business address is in China so we already know how that’s going to go. I’m so annoyed I didn’t come on here to check the feedback first!

Deception The advertising on Social Media for the name puzzles look so inviting that after having purchased name puzzles from an Australian company for years I thought I would get something different. What I perceived to have purchased as a gift from a sample on the invoice was very different to the uninspiring end result. I was embarrassed in giving my gift which was a very small and flimsy name puzzle with no decoration. Apparently I did not understand the ordering process. I thought I ordered as per the picture on my invoice. Their timeliness in delivery and answering my complaint was quick but I would not recommend the product.
