I was hesitant after reading some negative reviews online about the Personalized Wooden Baby Name Puzzle however mine for my niece arrived exactly as designed without any issues. The wooden board is sturdy, the personalized engraving on the back exactly as specified and the Name Letters as well as the animal elements I selected exactly as described. They are large enough to not be a chocking hazard for a 1 year old. I have no doubt she will love it.

NO!! Do not order!! I ordered a name puzzle and the images were printed incorrectly and was terrible quality. I emailed asking for a refund and they responded with a “beat around the bush” way of saying no, I kept emailing back demanding one, and they never replied. Not reliable and terrible communication. All around sketchy

Very small, poor quality Very small, cheaply made puzzle, cracked by the first letter of the name. I ordered one without the pegs, but pegs were in the letters and the board itself is flimsy. Have requested a refund, but no response as of yet.

Legit company Didn’t originally receive tracking information but the company emailed me back with one quickly. Quality is as good as expected for price being cheap. Received the item a little bit later then expected but still within a couple weeks of ordeing. Shipped from China
