I placed my order almost a month ago … I placed my order almost a month ago and have yet to receive it. It has shown as pre-shipment (items not shipped) by USPS for over a week now. Extremely disappointed in the customer service of this company!!

Return Policy is Crap. Love the clothes, hate their policies. We have had the package they set not arrive TWICE now and both times the only response was to take it up with USPS. Totally uncompromising.
