I love the high quality selection of clothing, the styles, and most importantly, the customer service. I've always had excellent service!! When there have been items out-of-stock or anything I've needed sorted out regarding an order, etc., they've always been very kind, accommodating, and quick. Always. GBI placed my order almost a month ago … I placed my order almost a month ago and have yet to receive it. It has shown as pre-shipment (items not shipped) by USPS for over a week now. Extremely disappointed in the customer service of this company!!

GBThe worst company ever!!!! What a fraud. I order a hat for my son size 12-18 months. They send me a hat that would fit a newborn and when I asked them to exchange it they told me it was a final sale and to suck on it!!!! Never had that problem with Gucci or Hermès kids.

GBFantastic customer service I ordered an outfit for my baby from the Babyswag site and the size I chose ended up being too big--it was my own error. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent out the size I needed and gave me return label so I could ship back the wrong sized item for free. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again because their service is excellent!
