GBReturns When placing my order I missed the fact that all sale items were final and could not be returned. I was disappointed that the quality of the item (romper) wasn't worth the price I paid ($30 -- regularly $49). There was no description of the item, and the romper was too thin for the price. I wish I could exchange it or get a credit towards another item that I can use since I was disappointed in my purchase. I will never order sale items from Baby Swag again... Most stores will even take sales items back to have a satisfied customer.

GBReturning Customer I had an incredible experience with BabySwag. Everything I ordered was incredible quality and shipped promptly. I mean the clothes are so adorable!! I had to exchange for size and they got back to me immediately. I will definitely be a returning customer. Super unique and fun!!

GBI placed my order almost a month ago … I placed my order almost a month ago and have yet to receive it. It has shown as pre-shipment (items not shipped) by USPS for over a week now. Extremely disappointed in the customer service of this company!!

GBNot impressed.... Bad experience! Its like they run it from home. You call a 800 number for customer service and get a voicemail to leave a message. Noone ever picks up the phone nor get back to you :/
