GBSuch a shame Before my most recent experience, I loved this company.. All of the products are great quality in my opinion, but when I spent over £100 on Xmas gifts for my son, my order arrived with not one but TWO items completely MISSING from the box, with a slip inside stating they were all inside & ‘checked’ by a member of the team. This meant my son was disappointed on Christmas morning. Sent several emails to customer care, for the only response to be sent at midnight, asking for my packing slip, i sent this & have heard nothing since. It’s been well over 48 hours since someone actually emailed me back, and I’ve been seemingly ignored since. Obviously very disappointed & feel I've lost my money as nobody giving me an update. I will be buying products from a stockist in future.

AUMy 'go-to' gifts!! Absolutely love these products! The Cozy and Dozy Dinkums are my 'go-to' gift for all of my family and friend's new babies!! And the Holdies are always a winner with the bigger kids ... My best friend's 3 and 5yr old girls LOVE their Holdie Fairies and my nephews have just received their Holdie Dog-gos and are obsessed! AUTerrible service Terrible service. Takes ages to get a response from “The Customer Happiness Team” if you get one at all. I had a large order that I paid for back in May, as one item was on back order they didn’t send any of it. I finally hear from them in August despite the back order having by this stage been in stock for a month to say one item I purchased and paid for in May is no longer in stock 🤦🏼♀️. Still waiting on anything to be sent

GBQuality is hit or miss and they don’t… Quality is hit or miss and they don’t stand by their products. Don’t offer exchanges only 20% refunds for damaged items. I used to love them but with my last three orders something was always faulty. Like a HOLE in the leg of a Dinkum. I don’t understand the hype when their stuff is always damaged or faulty. Customer service is also really slow and they don’t seem to care about brand image or customers. I’m so upset because I’ve loved their toys when they arrive in good shape. They also use “handmade” and “environmentally friendly” as coo-outs. I also tried to write reviews on the site but they never went through. I can’t find anywhere to write reviews but here to warn others. Don’t understand how it is allowed.
