AUTerrible service Terrible service. Takes ages to get a response from “The Customer Happiness Team” if you get one at all. I had a large order that I paid for back in May, as one item was on back order they didn’t send any of it. I finally hear from them in August despite the back order having by this stage been in stock for a month to say one item I purchased and paid for in May is no longer in stock 🤦🏼♀️. Still waiting on anything to be sent

SGLate delivery and unhelpful customer service I’ve tried posting the below on Olli Ella’s Instagram page but they deleted my comment. Incredibly dishonest business practice. Purchased for a birthday gift. Website states delivery within 3-5 business days but it’s been 8 business days and the parcel’s still not here so I’m not gonna be able to get this gift in time to the birthday girl. Used the live agent chat function to check on the delivery status and all the agent could tell me was to check directly with FedEx instead, and took absolutely no ownership over the delay, never mind that it’s Olli Ella’s website that promised 3-5 business days.

GBSuch a shame Before my most recent experience, I loved this company.. All of the products are great quality in my opinion, but when I spent over £100 on Xmas gifts for my son, my order arrived with not one but TWO items completely MISSING from the box, with a slip inside stating they were all inside & ‘checked’ by a member of the team. This meant my son was disappointed on Christmas morning. Sent several emails to customer care, for the only response to be sent at midnight, asking for my packing slip, i sent this & have heard nothing since. It’s been well over 48 hours since someone actually emailed me back, and I’ve been seemingly ignored since. Obviously very disappointed & feel I've lost my money as nobody giving me an update. I will be buying products from a stockist in future.
