The product is in its original packaging and has never been used. We just didn’t like the quality of the product and want to return it immediately, but bummer, we have to pay the return shipping cost. Worst ever company. STRICTLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

WORST RETURN POLICY I'VE EVER SEEN Do NOT purchase from here unless you are 100000% sure on the item and KNOW that you will like it. Per their return policy, you can NOT return ANYTHING for ANY REASON unless you not have the original packaging AND it has NEVER been used. I have never seen such an awful return policy. Baby items are hit or miss and you never really know if you're going to like the item or not, so shopping here is a strict gamble - definitely not worth it. The car seat I attempted to return was over $500 and only used for a week.

We ordered a stroller for a Disneyland… We ordered a stroller for a Disneyland trip from the website at the last second (wife wanted one with more padding for the baby). Understood that it wouldn’t arrive at home in time, but sent a note to Albee asking to please ensure it got on the UPS truck that afternoon. It met us in Anaheim when we checked in to the hotel. Great experience.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service and high quality products! Bought a Miffy First Light lamp and a Stokke Steps High Chair. Unfortunately the chair came with some scratches. Albeebaby quickly gave me different options, whereof I choose a partial refund, instead of returning the chair or parts of it.
