Additionally, there was a price drop shortly after we ordered, and they gave us a matching credit without any hassle. We will definitely start making sure to check their store first when looking for baby and kid items in the future!

GBscammers. We bought 3 carseats (2 nuna revv and 1 maxi cosi which turned out to be a dangerous unsecure design). We returned the maxi cosi and they received our return july 26th and ignore all our efforts to get an update since then.. They kept all our money and the carseat. We called and the lady cut us off after we gave the order number, rudely saying "we'll check the warehouse. BYE" and then she hung up! We emailed, and got no responses multiple times. We commented on their instagram posts and they said oh no we are so sorry, DM us and we'll help you. We DMed them and they didn't even reply since 5 days ago.

GBWORST RETURN POLICY I'VE EVER SEEN Do NOT purchase from here unless you are 100000% sure on the item and KNOW that you will like it. Per their return policy, you can NOT return ANYTHING for ANY REASON unless you not have the original packaging AND it has NEVER been used. I have never seen such an awful return policy. Baby items are hit or miss and you never really know if you're going to like the item or not, so shopping here is a strict gamble - definitely not worth it. The car seat I attempted to return was over $500 and only used for a week.

GBStroller has rust We bought a Mamas & Papas Ocarro Stroller from Albee Baby and that was our first purchase made on their website. There are multiple rustic spots were found after the stroller has been received. One of the rusts is on the rear wheel axle which may break and results in suddenly crash when using and hurt the baby. Tried to contact the Albee Baby, BUT no response.

GBOrdered a high backed booster seat and… Ordered a high backed booster seat and got e-mail from them that it shipped. Status never changed on UPS from "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible", and learned it was out of stock when called. OK, that happens. CS rep didn't process refund when it was first requested, and was very rude on second phone call.
