I've been emailing them for several… I've been emailing them for several days now, regarding an order I want to make, but haven't got one single email in return. Tried to contact them on messenger, got a reply that I should contact them via email. I just want some help, and not having to call from Sweden, bc it's super expensive. Can't understand why they don't answer emails. Some trouble with their email system. Everything sorted out now! Wonderful customer service. Would totally recommend!

Stroller has rust We bought a Mamas & Papas Ocarro Stroller from Albee Baby and that was our first purchase made on their website. There are multiple rustic spots were found after the stroller has been received. One of the rusts is on the rear wheel axle which may break and results in suddenly crash when using and hurt the baby. Tried to contact the Albee Baby, BUT no response.

Unmatched Customer Service I had a great experience ordering from albeebaby! I purchased a Wonderfold wagon and it was shipped super quickly. I placed my order on Friday, but realized I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong color. I got in contact with someone from albeebaby through social media the next day and the problem was immediately resolved. The correct color item was delivered 3 days later. We also appreciate the First Responder discount that they offer! I will definitely purchase from them again in the future.

Super worse return policy Super worse return policy, they are asking for us to pay for the return shipping cost which is totally unacceptable. The product is in its original packaging and has never been used. We just didn’t like the quality of the product and want to return it immediately, but bummer, we have to pay the return shipping cost. Worst ever company. STRICTLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

Excellent Prices and Customer Service Their pricing on the booster car seats we ordered was the best we could find on the Internet. Additionally, there was a price drop shortly after we ordered, and they gave us a matching credit without any hassle.
