The product is in its original packaging and has never been used. We just didn’t like the quality of the product and want to return it immediately, but bummer, we have to pay the return shipping cost. Worst ever company. STRICTLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

GBUnmatched Customer Service I had a great experience ordering from albeebaby! I purchased a Wonderfold wagon and it was shipped super quickly. I placed my order on Friday, but realized I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong color. I got in contact with someone from albeebaby through social media the next day and the problem was immediately resolved. The correct color item was delivered 3 days later. We also appreciate the First Responder discount that they offer! I will definitely purchase from them again in the future.

GBGreat customer service and warehouse team ! Purchased Cybex Priam Stroller back in January. Recently got a carry cot, but unfortunately it didn’t match our stroller, so we sent it back. Accidentally, sent a safety bumper bar from the stroller with the carry cot 🤦♀️. Was worried that it will get lost or re-sold with it. Called and wrote an email to Albee’s customer service , within a few days they found my return and sent me back the bumper bar!!! Whole time customer service’s communication was awesome! Very professional and courteous team they have there! Thank you Albee Baby ❤️

GBWill update to 4 starts when my refund is settled Why 3 stars? Because Albee baby and I have not settled everything completely, I will update to 4 stars when my refund comes into my bank account. I did not give it 5 stars simply because I just wish they could have refunded me earlier instead of me having to wait 2 weeks, I actually would have rather had the products arrive instead of getting money back. But due to the fact that it was a baby shower present for my sister, and the date had already passed I just gave her money instead. Everything would have arrived on time if they didn't wait 2 weeks to take me into consideration
