GBSuper worse return policy Super worse return policy, they are asking for us to pay for the return shipping cost which is totally unacceptable. The product is in its original packaging and has never been used. We just didn’t like the quality of the product and want to return it immediately, but bummer, we have to pay the return shipping cost. Worst ever company. STRICTLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

GBWill update to 4 starts when my refund is settled Why 3 stars? Because Albee baby and I have not settled everything completely, I will update to 4 stars when my refund comes into my bank account. I did not give it 5 stars simply because I just wish they could have refunded me earlier instead of me having to wait 2 weeks, I actually would have rather had the products arrive instead of getting money back. But due to the fact that it was a baby shower present for my sister, and the date had already passed I just gave her money instead. Everything would have arrived on time if they didn't wait 2 weeks to take me into consideration

DKExcellent customer service Excellent customer service and high quality products! Bought a Miffy First Light lamp and a Stokke Steps High Chair. Unfortunately the chair came with some scratches. Albeebaby quickly gave me different options, whereof I choose a partial refund, instead of returning the chair or parts of it.

I recently had a question about a problem I was having when placing an order and contacted customer service through emails. Someone wrote back to me within minutes every email and solved my problem easily.

GBOrdered 4 crystal clear Qdos baby gates… Ordered 4 crystal clear Qdos baby gates for a total of over $600. 2 arrived with significant scratches. 1 never arrived. Was told the last one would ship within 3 days, then a week goes by, I ask about it - it's on back order. Replacement for scratched baby gates arrive - one is cracked. Albee baby doesn't answer the phone and barely responds to email. Thank goodness the manufacturer responded to my emails. Probably would use Amazon or BuyBuyBaby in the future.
