Will update to 4 starts when my refund is settled Why 3 stars? Because Albee baby and I have not settled everything completely, I will update to 4 stars when my refund comes into my bank account. I did not give it 5 stars simply because I just wish they could have refunded me earlier instead of me having to wait 2 weeks, I actually would have rather had the products arrive instead of getting money back. But due to the fact that it was a baby shower present for my sister, and the date had already passed I just gave her money instead. Everything would have arrived on time if they didn't wait 2 weeks to take me into consideration

Status never changed on UPS from "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible", and learned it was out of stock when called. OK, that happens. CS rep didn't process refund when it was first requested, and was very rude on second phone call.

Albee Baby rocks! Albee Baby rocks! They exceed the common products and brands. Their customer service is unbelievably helpful and their response time is great! They often have sales, even on the newest items available and their shipping time is usually a few days. We as grandparents could not be more pleased with a company that satisfies our grandchildren's needs.

Recently purchased a Britax b ready… Recently purchased a Britax b ready stroller with this company and after having some issues with the site I wasn’t able to purchase the item for the original sale price. However, when I contacted Albee baby customer service they honored the original sale price! Couldn’t be more pleased and amazed by this company. Will definitely be recommending to all my close friends. Thank you Albee baby!

Super worse return policy Super worse return policy, they are asking for us to pay for the return shipping cost which is totally unacceptable. The product is in its original packaging and has never been used. We just didn’t like the quality of the product and want to return it immediately, but bummer, we have to pay the return shipping cost. Worst ever company. STRICTLY STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!
