GBAlbee Baby rocks! Albee Baby rocks! They exceed the common products and brands. Their customer service is unbelievably helpful and their response time is great! They often have sales, even on the newest items available and their shipping time is usually a few days. We as grandparents could not be more pleased with a company that satisfies our grandchildren's needs.

GBWORST RETURN POLICY I'VE EVER SEEN Do NOT purchase from here unless you are 100000% sure on the item and KNOW that you will like it. Per their return policy, you can NOT return ANYTHING for ANY REASON unless you not have the original packaging AND it has NEVER been used. I have never seen such an awful return policy. Baby items are hit or miss and you never really know if you're going to like the item or not, so shopping here is a strict gamble - definitely not worth it. The car seat I attempted to return was over $500 and only used for a week.

GBOrdered 4 crystal clear Qdos baby gates… Ordered 4 crystal clear Qdos baby gates for a total of over $600. 2 arrived with significant scratches. 1 never arrived. Was told the last one would ship within 3 days, then a week goes by, I ask about it - it's on back order. Replacement for scratched baby gates arrive - one is cracked. Albee baby doesn't answer the phone and barely responds to email. Thank goodness the manufacturer responded to my emails. Probably would use Amazon or BuyBuyBaby in the future.

GBAlbee baby is my favorite place to shop… Albee baby is my favorite place to shop for all things baby. They have high quality products, a wide variety of brands and amazing sales as well. Their delivery time is amazing too, I have always received my purchases within a week. Will continue to buy from here and highly recommend!

GBOrdered a high backed booster seat and… Ordered a high backed booster seat and got e-mail from them that it shipped. Status never changed on UPS from "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible", and learned it was out of stock when called. OK, that happens. CS rep didn't process refund when it was first requested, and was very rude on second phone call.
