Impressive service This is my third order from MoYu. On the second order I had ordered some puzzles that were out of stock. I was quickly contacted by Ms. Sophia. She explained the situation and offered a refund or store credit. I chose refund and had my money returned the next day. Ms. Sophia was so professional and polite. I was also surprised to have my money returned so quickly. It's just so refreshing to get such good service. In life things happen but how this was handled you have made a loyal customer Ms. Sophia. Thank you.

The products are fantastic, detailed and as described The products are fantastic, detailed and as described. I have not started to assemble the models yet. However, I was impressed with the detailed instructions, the way in which the models were packaged, in a tools box with each set of items in separate bags, with tools etc... The lower value products were despatched in a similar manner, presentation boxes, with individual item wrapping etc... I had an issue with a late delivery item, once I had contacted MoYustore, they quickly resolved the delivery... I look forward to building the models.

Challenging,fun,well made..would buy again Awesome model... it's been a while since I've had a challenge. Love everything about this purchase. Directions easy to follow. Hardware quality is outstanding. I ordered the octopus holding the galaxy. Finished product looks awesome. On to the angler fish next. But if you're on the fence and like models give this a shot. Worth the money. You won't be disappointed.

Extremely professional company I only discovered moyustore at the start of this year and the quality of the product is amazing. On top of that the customer service is fantastic! I recently went away and took one of my recent purchases with me, however I forgot the build instructions so I thought I'd give customer services an email. I have to say that Ms Sophia was very very helpful and I'm happy to say that I managed to get my model assembled.
