I emailed them and they replaced them right away, free of charge. Great prices, amazing models and great customer service. The anglerfish and praying mantis now sit on my desk at work and they look awesome!

The Model kits are very worth I ordered 2 model kits so far. The model kits are nicely organized even with 700+ pieces. I ordered the harder difficulty ones, but that just adds to the challenge. It's cool how they give everything in a yellow plastic toolbox that you can keep using after you're finished. Their customer service is pretty responsive and I get help pretty quick when I have trouble with a certain step while building. You really get what you pay for.
