Order shipped via sea freight and only took a bit over a month to arrive. Surprisingly tracking info gave me the cargo ship the package was on. You can actual use a website to track ships and you can use this to ensure the package is in transit even though tracking may not update for a couple of weeks.

Great site to get import figures, especially from china I was mainly using their sister site (showzstore) until I discovered they had this site. I've been using gundamit for close to 4 years I think and I have made several orders with them, and so far so good. I've not had any trouble with them or my items. The added bonus for a UK buyer is the cheapest UK shipment method is actually 'negatively' priced so it actually comes out cheaper than the listed price! In the past when I've had to contact them (about release dates) they've been responsive and friendly in their replies. They even went out of their way to contact me before they shipped a preorder made the previous year. They contacted me because the address did not match my address, and I confirmed it was a present for someone. It's nice little things like this that give the impression this company cares and is reliable. I've also bought the premium account as the loyality points you save up do balance out the cost. Bear in mind I've bought a fair bit so if you're only picking up one or two items then don't bother. You can still try it since they refund the cost of the premium account if you haven't spent a said amount in the year.

Very good experience I'm a chogokin collector since 2006 and in the past few years most of my purchases have taken place on ShowZStore.com and GundamIt.com. They have lots of products at really competitive prices and I've always found it so good that I've even made a premium account and I must say that I've also saved a lot of money. So far everything has always been fine except for the last shipment where the package was lost. Luckily the support from Gundamit was great and they sent me a new product again at no extra charge. And the second time everything was fine and I can now proudly display my new Mazinkaiser. So I can only say thanks to Gundamit and recommend it to all robot enthusiasts like me who want to get quality products at the right price.

Items are usually cheaper than my countries big toy sites. & I have recieved my items in a month or more/less & shipping is free. It´s people are such a great help if you ever need something, information, questions, etc. This can be limited due to the factory of the product you need to know, but they sure give you the hand with whan they can, so dont be worried to buy it here, cause every purshace is guaranted with excellent service and care.
