Great site to get import figures, especially from china I was mainly using their sister site (showzstore) until I discovered they had this site. I've been using gundamit for close to 4 years I think and I have made several orders with them, and so far so good. I've not had any trouble with them or my items. The added bonus for a UK buyer is the cheapest UK shipment method is actually 'negatively' priced so it actually comes out cheaper than the listed price! In the past when I've had to contact them (about release dates) they've been responsive and friendly in their replies. They even went out of their way to contact me before they shipped a preorder made the previous year. They contacted me because the address did not match my address, and I confirmed it was a present for someone. It's nice little things like this that give the impression this company cares and is reliable. I've also bought the premium account as the loyality points you save up do balance out the cost. Bear in mind I've bought a fair bit so if you're only picking up one or two items then don't bother. You can still try it since they refund the cost of the premium account if you haven't spent a said amount in the year.

From Zero to Hero Update 21st November 2023 Today I received my order, a gundam building block model in an well shipped box. Super customer service and way better deals than anything else on AliExpress. I immediately placed my 4th order. Awaiting for the Ashoka ship to arrive. ##### Update 20th November 2023 Today I received an email from the customer support with a helpfull explenation and a shipping update. The order is in transit now. One of three progessing. Additionally, the shop credited me points for the inconveniance. I updated my rating from 1 to 3. The fact, that things are moving after a rating, could be coincidence. However, still waiting for the two others. When they will ship, I do definately agree with the 5 stars Trustworthy reviews. I will keep you updated ###### Ordered on 16. Sept. Shipment notification was quite quick. Now, two months later 16. Nov. allegedly still status package received at the shipment company and zero movement. So I doubt that has been shipped for real. The same is happening for my second order and I was stupid enough to do a third order in trusting gundamit. I am wondering if the reviews here are real.

Items are usually cheaper than my countries big toy sites. & I have recieved my items in a month or more/less & shipping is free. QA has been good & packing is boxed, with plastic corner protection , bagged in thick plastic & finally taped! Not like aliexpress. Nicholas member since 2021
