Great site to get import figures, especially from china I was mainly using their sister site (showzstore) until I discovered they had this site. I've been using gundamit for close to 4 years I think and I have made several orders with them, and so far so good. I've not had any trouble with them or my items. The added bonus for a UK buyer is the cheapest UK shipment method is actually 'negatively' priced so it actually comes out cheaper than the listed price! In the past when I've had to contact them (about release dates) they've been responsive and friendly in their replies. They even went out of their way to contact me before they shipped a preorder made the previous year. They contacted me because the address did not match my address, and I confirmed it was a present for someone. It's nice little things like this that give the impression this company cares and is reliable. I've also bought the premium account as the loyality points you save up do balance out the cost. Bear in mind I've bought a fair bit so if you're only picking up one or two items then don't bother. You can still try it since they refund the cost of the premium account if you haven't spent a said amount in the year.

Amazing Service: Mecha Fans Rejoice! As a model kit collector and builder, Gundamit is an amazing place to shop. The prices are arguably unbeatable, not to mention that they offer free shipping. Buying overseas products usually comes with the caveat of high shipping fees, but here not only is it free but also fast (on average about a week and a half of delivery time since shipping.) Furthermore, the customer service is amazing! I asked about kits that were listed as sold out and they very kindly offered to go straight to the manufacturer for more stock. They also have a discord server where the community and staff themselves can help you out with whatever inquiries you may have. Overall an extremely pleasant experience, if you are a fan of model kits I highly recommend them, try it out!
