The added bonus for a UK buyer is the cheapest UK shipment method is actually 'negatively' priced so it actually comes out cheaper than the listed price! In the past when I've had to contact them (about release dates) they've been responsive and friendly in their replies. They contacted me because the address did not match my address, and I confirmed it was a present for someone.
