Fantastic Honestly, great product and great service (love the grumpyness). The octopus is great quality and looks perfect! My package got lost during the delivery, i got in contact with them (and they replied the next day to help me). I will definitely buy more of this collection in the future.

Great experience I am really excited. The product (grumpy octopus) is really great. Well made and it looks like the photos. Now to customer service: If I could, I would give it 10 stars. Unfortunately my first order was lost in the mail. I promptly received a reply to my email and a replacement was sent immediately. Even though I live in Germany, shipping was very fast. I will order here again and can fully recommend it.

Honest Saying Honestly saying, cannot be happier with the product and service. Customer service deserves 5 stars for doing a great job. Delivery time was but of pain as it stuck at the same hub for more than 15 days no wonder why, if this area could be looked after please. But you’re amazing overall. Thanks for a good experience. Great quality, super cute, and hilarious! I ordered two plush grumpy Octopies, a grumpy penguin, a grumpy sloth, and a stress Octopus and they all were great quality! The plush ones were larger than I expected, but they are so soft and cute. They come with their own little story tags which makes them even funnier. The business was great to deal with even when the sloth took a little longer to ship out. I reached out to the company and they responded very quickly letting me know it would be just a little longer and then sent me a tracking number when it was shipped. I definitely recommend getting ANY of the grumpy family because they will definitely brighten your day any time you see them!
