Customer Service was awesome Customer Service was awesome. My Grumpy Shark didn't get shipped right away and customer service was right on it. Had it resolved and shipped out same day I contacted them.

Honest Saying Honestly saying, cannot be happier with the product and service. Customer service deserves 5 stars for doing a great job. Delivery time was but of pain as it stuck at the same hub for more than 15 days no wonder why, if this area could be looked after please. But you’re amazing overall. Thanks for a good experience. Highly recommended

I bought the Grumpy Octopus for my…Daughter I bought the Grumpy Octopus for my daughter. It is just as awesome in person as it is on the website. I will definitely be buying all of the different Grumpy Animals for her.

The customer service team provided… The customer service team provided excellent communication with me about my order. It shipped in a timely manner & arrived before Xmas. The quality was great of the toys and I’m so excited to share the grumpy octopus with my family members.

Terrible service! Complete incompetents. Terrible service. I ordered three toys, they shipped each toy in a separate order!!! And after three weeks they have not yet arrived. One package is coming by UPS, one is coming by dhl courrier. And dhl courrier says that they attempted delivery, which is an obvious lie, because we were home all- day and we live in a house, no appartment, just one door. All delivery drivers just leave the packages at the door. The customer service staff can’t even tell me where the packages are. The third toy hasn’t even shipped it seems after three weeks! They don’t know. They claim that they were somehow surprised by christmas, a holiday that arrives on the same day every year surprised them!? Complete incompetents and none of these gifts will arrive before Christmas as promised.
