Delivery time was but of pain as it stuck at the same hub for more than 15 days no wonder why, if this area could be looked after please. But you’re amazing overall. Thanks for a good experience. Grumpy gifts and wonderful support!!! Their products are so preciously grumpy and my fiancé loves them so much! I got him the plush and the keychain, and when I accidentally put in the wrong delivery details the support team was so friendly and helpful and got it updated without issue, in time for the original delivery estimate! They also checked in with me after the products were scheduled to arrive, to make sure that they were received!! This was a wonderful customer experience and purchase!!!

Great quality, super cute, and hilarious! I ordered two plush grumpy Octopies, a grumpy penguin, a grumpy sloth, and a stress Octopus and they all were great quality! The plush ones were larger than I expected, but they are so soft and cute. They come with their own little story tags which makes them even funnier. The business was great to deal with even when the sloth took a little longer to ship out. I reached out to the company and they responded very quickly letting me know it would be just a little longer and then sent me a tracking number when it was shipped. I definitely recommend getting ANY of the grumpy family because they will definitely brighten your day any time you see them!
