GBMy experience My carrier was originally too small. Customer service was very helpful with the tips they gave. However it was still too small after trying they’re suggestions. They sent me a new one when their suggestions were still not enough. The new carrier fits and baby is very happy being in it. Would definitely recommend this carrier to others!

GBToo small. Unhelpful customer service. Using the size guide and going by my prepregnancy size, I purchased a small. It arrived and was a little too small for me now, even after stretching. I can put my newborn baby in it with difficulty, but he’s so high I can’t lower him enough to breastfeed. I emailed about it instead of immediately returning it (as requested on a sheet in the box), and was told to try stretching it more.

NIExcellent product. Extraordinary customer service. First off, the product is fantastic. Secondly, the customer service is extraordinary. I received a Baby K’Tan as a gift off my registry but my friend purchased the wrong color. When I wrote customer service to see if I could discreetly exchange it (without letting my friend know I was trading it in) they were incredibly gracious and allowed me to keep the gifted one and also sent the color I had wanted. Super impressed with this company!

GBPoor advice and bad return policy I was between jacket size recommendations for their carriers. It's advised to go a size below in this situation which I did. The carrier was too small for me, even without baby. Their return policy is not up-to-par with the market standard of providing a return label, which costs me more time and money for following their, albeit, poor/incorrect advice. I would not recommend overall.

I spent hours researching carriers, and the more hours trying tonpickf the right kind of Ktan and this organic one seems perfect for pur Summer Solstice baby girl, It is so light and soft , yet I can see the quality and firmness of the material. I will update the review once the baby is here but so far, I am thrilled.
