GBCouldn't fullfil the order Couldn't fullfil the order, after 2days contacted me to offer me alternative or refund. Fine, great customer service. After a week there was no shipping update, emailed to ask for an update, no reply. Phone them, no answer. Email asking for a refund the next day as zero contact, get that within 20 mins of asking. Why mess me about? Why not just say sorry we can't do the alternative either. Don't just ignore people. Just happy I got my money back straight away.

GBIncredibly organized bag! I had an issue with my first diaper bag l and Baby K’tan replaced it for me. I am very happy with my new bag, love the organization of it, the removable wet bag, and the changing pad that folds out so far (you need to unzip that back compartment all the way around!). Cute print, water resistant fabric, they’ve really thought of everything here! The one thing I would change is making the thermal bottle pocket taller. If you have an 8oz bottle with a lid on it, you have to kind of jam it in there. It is fine, just would be nice for that to be a bit easier.

GBTerrible Return Policy (pay for your own return shipping) I attempted buying this product from amazon originally to get my free returns. It never arrived. Forced to buy via direct to consumer website and after product didn’t even get opened wanted to return and I had to pay for the return mailing with tracking ($15). Dissatisfied that all I got via email was essentially a “too bad” read our websites return policy. Over 25% not recovered of my money because of the return policy. Wouldn’t choose to shop via website again.
