I cannot find anything negative to say … I cannot find anything negative to say about this store. The products were exactly as described and shown and delivery was made in a timely manner. Above all else the customer service was impeccable: professional, discreet and completely helpful, something that is absolutely essential for a business in this particular industry. The website itself is modern, easy to navigate, very well put together and clearly categorised, with a very professional finish. I highly recommend Sextoyzone, it exceeded every one of my (our) expectations - a huge thumbs up!

Ordered 3 weeks ago and ghosted I ordered two items 3 weeks ago and have not heard from them since my order confirmation. None of the phone numbers on their site work. They also haven’t responded to email. Almost $100 lost. I would not recommend. I was comfortable because I saw these reviews but it looks like they all came in around the same time so could be a scam site.

Kinda slow on order processing This is the website for a small business. I’d placed an order a couple of days ago, and received the email confirmation, but there was no comm from the seller regarding the shipping info. Also, I was unable to reach out since the contact numbers provided are not operational. Got a response from the seller after two days when I opened a dispute on PayPal. The prices are better than other stores though, so I guess that’s what you get!

Horrible customer service they flat out… Horrible customer service they flat out ignore you. I ordered a product and tried to return it unopened and unused and they refuse to respond to emails or calls. It's been weeks and they still haven't responded.

Excellent company to deal with My opinion about this store? Could not say nothing bad. I received what was ordered and the shipping was fast by FedEx. I could not say loved the product, but it's not a store's fault. The store also stayed behind "free shipping" guarantees even my cart was such low.
