Jess went above and beyond by sending me pictures and videos of the pieces I needed to install. So impressed with the quick response time and thorough assistance. Terrific customer support. The machine is well made and I recommend this company. We had a problem with the wire on the controller and it took awhile to figure it out. It was totally our fault. We needed to replace the controller we inadvertently destroyed the first time we used it. The quick response from Hismith was appreciated. The company stepped up with a partial voucher and expedited shipping at no additional cost. So easy to work with. I am not so tech savvy and the customer support made all the difference.
