Great product based on a couple of… Great product based on a couple of uses. Price was good for what these normally go for. Wasn't expecting much so it exceeded expectations as a fun, novelty toy. Shipping from overseas took 1 week which was pretty quick. Recommended.

Hismith APP Controlled Machine, wow I bought the Hismith APP Controlled Machine and wow! It was quick to assemble, worked right away and feels sturdy and high quality. Using it for the first time was a lot of fun and the different speeds and patterns that are controlled through the App make it super easy to control via phone or just select a pre-made rhythm and enjoy. I had a few questions before hitting the buy button and customer service (via the website) responded within a day and were friendly and helpful 10/10 would recommend

Hismith Premium Sex Machine Plate Edition (Floor 0r flat surface mount version). Very powerful and quiet. Quality heavy duty build. Have bought other machines in the $100 - $130 price range before and wound up throwing them out. This Hismith Premium Sex Machine is the one to get (the plate edition or the ones with the legs). The KlicLok attachments work great - you will likely need an extension and a spring attachment (both an additional $30) but well worth it for something that actually is a quality build that works.

Terrific customer support. The machine is well made and I recommend this company. We had a problem with the wire on the controller and it took awhile to figure it out. It was totally our fault. We needed to replace the controller we inadvertently destroyed the first time we used it. The quick response from Hismith was appreciated. The company stepped up with a partial voucher and expedited shipping at no additional cost. So easy to work with. I am not so tech savvy and the customer support made all the difference.

Bad customer service on faulty product I received a Pro 2 machine which has been faulty assembled, the main machine was broken, as the screws has clearly been forced into the machine, I bought the machine through a local shop, and they have tried to talk with Hismith about it. Hismith claims that I have destroyed the machine, but the screws is not a customer assembly part, the machine has never been used and still have not. Hismith refuses to help with a solution and leave me and the local shop on our own. The local shop is kind enough to find a solution, but I really think it’s a bad customer service from Hismith. In the future I will definitely choose a different company that actually cares about their customers. I cannot say anything about the Quality of the machine as I have not tried it, but first hand experience is not good.
