First they came out and said I needed a… First they came out and said I needed a whole new ice maker for $400+. Came and installed, didn’t work. Called them back, they came, worked on it and it worked for a day. Called them AGAIN, they came out and it finally worked for a few months! 3 to be exact! No longer working!! Called them AGAIN only to be told it is out of warranty!! This is ridiculous! How can a company treat people like this?? I paid them upfront for nothing! Call someone else don’t waste your money!

Great company! We had an amazing experience with UltraFix. Customer service was above and beyond. Communication could not have been any better. Kept us informed about everything going on. Will definitely use them again in the future if we need any other appliances fixed!

Dishwasher still leaking Dishwasher still leaking. I contacted repair person to let them know and he asked for a video. I had to take the panel off myself to take a video of the leak. He said we would be put on the schedule this week. It’s Thursday and I haven’t heard back. I sent the video last Saturday and he was notified it was still leaking last Friday. We paid over $500 for the repair.
