I contacted Ultra Fix Appliance repair… I contacted Ultra Fix Appliance repair to service my LG refrigerator. Tech came same day and fixed it for reasonable price. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

We have been having problems with our…Great Experience with UltraFix Appliance We have been having problems with our freezer. Rashad came and instantly knew what the problem was! He was professional, educated, and friendly. I had tried other repair companies with no success. Rashad knew instantly what needed to be done. Thank you, UltraFix for hiring people like Rashad.

Please educate yourself on your appliances My dryer belt was broken. The technician stated that to fix my dryer it would be $278 and for the part alone it would be $120. If you know some knowledge you'd know that a dryer belt is nowhere near $120. I ordered the dryer belt off Amazon for $8 and the technician came out again. Once the repair was done I realized that something was not right so, I asked him where was the squeaky noise coming from and he told me that I need to replace the pulley on my dryer. If the technician knew, before finishing the job. Why would he wait until I asked about it? This entire service provider is a scam. First they tried to overcharge for a part now they're half completing repairs so that as a customer you'd have to get it fixed again.

Inefficient Service 1. Technician showed up on 4/4 without giving an ETA text as they promised they would do so. 2. Needed a part for the repair; ordered and received 50% payment before he left. 3. He informed repair will be done within 5 business days. Today is 4/10 (4th business days); no news from UltraFix. 4. I called and was told there was no part being ordered and no technician came to my home to diagnose any appliances! 5. I then provided invoice # for the 50% payment. The person on the phone suddenly was able to see my information! 6. Not sure if the part was actually ordered on 4/4 or 4/10 after I called. Conclusion: My first time using UltraFix after I called LG and was given contact. Will not use UltraFix anymore; going back to my usual good old Sears Repairs.
