Don't live up to their warranty or advertising. I placed an order for an in ground pool cover. The item description met my exact requirements. I received the item on time, placed it on the pool and found it to be defective. Upon contacting the company and sending them pictures of the defect, a new cover was sent. It came from another manufacturer, and although it had the same 20 yr warranty, the product was inferior to what I had ordered and wanted and paid for. they never contacted me once I had sent them the pictures, so I had no idea what or when I was receiving a replacement cover.

Disappointed with service I ordered an item on May 30th, as of today June 6th, my order still shows under processing. I have yet to receive my item and have no idea if its in transit or still not shipped. Under processing would indicate that it has not shipped, however, the order status for last years order still indicates under processing and obviously I have received it. Update: Just rec'd tracking info from email I sent requesting information. Would have been more helpful if the website was updated correctly.

AmeriMerc always saves me money. I have always been satisfied with their prompt service, lower prices, quality name brands, etc. Someone is always available via telephone to answer all my questions and I have found them very helpful. We are both seniors, have a limited budget and enjoying our small salt water pool is one of the very few luxuries we have. So to be able to maintain our pool for lower prices is a treasure indeed. Will Not shop agin Its been 7 days after placing an order and yet to receive shipping confirmation. Order confirmation email says "your order will be processed for fulfillment within the same or next business day". My credit card has been charged but NO UPDATE on shipment.

Diving into summer? Order with confidence !! Recently remodeled our lakeside dock. Have a 10 foot diving board and needed special interfab base. Only needed the base ! Had some issues locally - found on-line at AmeriMerc. All needed measurements about the base were easily availble, check out a breeze, arrived in 5 days in perfect shape. Will use them again if needed - bookmarked their site !!
