We are both seniors, have a limited budget and enjoying our small salt water pool is one of the very few luxuries we have. So to be able to maintain our pool for lower prices is a treasure indeed. GBBest price for item and good service I shopped severeal sites for my pool filter. This site had best price. I purchased the filter and it also had free shipping and no "handling charge". Service was quick as I received the filter in aobut 3 - 4 days. Only issue is I could not track shipment off their website (link did not work) and only communication I received was my original receipt with no shipment notification. In any case it did arrive in timely manner

GBDon't live up to their warranty or advertising. I placed an order for an in ground pool cover. The item description met my exact requirements. I received the item on time, placed it on the pool and found it to be defective. Upon contacting the company and sending them pictures of the defect, a new cover was sent. It came from another manufacturer, and although it had the same 20 yr warranty, the product was inferior to what I had ordered and wanted and paid for. they never contacted me once I had sent them the pictures, so I had no idea what or when I was receiving a replacement cover.

GBWorst Winter Cover ever purchased Received my Winter Cover in record time, but the quality of the Cover is the poorest I have ever purchased. Metal Garnets were missing in one area. One area had two Metal Garnets over lapping each other. Several metal garnets were on the very edge of the trap and several were several inches below the overlapping edging. The size of the cover just barely covered the pool - NO 3 FEET OVER LAP like they state in their write up. Will be surprised if this cover makes it through the winter. Have had a pool for 26 years and have purchased 4 or 5 Winter Covers in the past, this trap was a big mistake and should never have left the factory.

GBGreat service but . . . . Monday 8/26/13 1:01 PM Sales #166213 I did receive good service however the product didn't come through with the warranty as advertised. The warranty stated 12 years; the advertised warranty is 15 years. I called on 8/26 and received an email reply from Hisham Abu-Salman with a sales order #215069 requesting the he send a 15 year warranty. As of the current date, 9/9/13, I have not received the correct warranty.
