Terrible customer service Terrible customer service, the gallery archiving is really a disaster. I have an order I cannot process pending for 20 days - all because of their arbitray archiving process.

If I could give zero stars, I would If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been s client for over 14 years. Their service is often "down" or broken. Recently, they archived older galleries. My photography business relies on ALL my photos being available. Their gallery restore process is broken and photos remain unavailable. They are sh*tting all over their longest and most loyal customer base. It's truly sad.

F*** you Zenfolio - TOTAL SCAM!!! Dear Zenfolio, F*** you Website is slow as F*** User Experience is bad as F*** Customer service is inexistent & F***** up You have zero respect for your clients. And then it’s impossible to cancel subscription, because you need to reach a chat that is out of service, there is no answer to email requests either and Zenfolio automatically renews the subscription charging the credit card without consent or possibility to remove it from the account. I hope your company will Go bankrupt as fast as possible and disappear before the end of my totally unacceptably overpriced subscription this year. Sincerly, a 10 years very disappointed user

A great product Having used Zenfolio a few years ago, but not enjoying the experience I was a bit reluctant to look at them again for my new website. However the new platform really impressed me, and I've been very happy with the service over the last few months and ended up paying for a subscription when my free trial finished. The product isn't perfect, but better than the alternatives for my requirements. I've also found their support team to be really helpful and responsive, and I'm confident that they will work to keep improving the product based on customer feedback.

Even though I am paying hundreds of… Even though I am paying hundreds of pounds for this site. Zenfolio decided to archive a whole load of galleries, without any email or warning. What exactly am I paying for if Zenfolio decide to delete all my images. Used to be good once but not anymore.
