What happened???? As a long-time user of Zenfolio, I am so sad to see what this service has become. For the longest time, this service was amazing, but recently that has all changed. I'm not sure whose idea it was to start the whole archiving thing, but it is causing chaos for my business. Not only is it making galleries inaccessible to my clients, but it is crashing my portfolio causing me trouble getting new clients as well. I'm not sure what I am going to do, but at this point, I'm sure that it won't involve Zenfolio.

I've been a customer of zenfolio for 16 years I've been a customer of zenfolio for sixteen years. I'm not sure what Zenfolio is doing. They keep increasing their prices even as their platform gets worse and worse in terms of performance. The archiving fiasco is one thing, another is that basic features don't work, they don't support their classic app and the website is glacially slow. Today I tried to upload a gallery of images for a client. "Tried" is the operative word. Despite the platform showing all of the images were uploading, only about 1/3 of the images would be in the galllery. I tried to upload repeatedly, but finally gave up after ten tries. I'm not sure what Zenfolio is doing with the clients they have but this is not acceptable. There is no reason to stay on this platform

Zenfolio is a SCAM I unfortunately have the same issue everyone else with negative reviews is having. absolutely unacceptable! I have already switched my services to another platform, but it's going to be a major pain reuploading galleries from the past 2 years. I was with Zenfolio for over 10 years and all of my galleries are GONE! unarchiving does not work. So frustrating. It feels illegal. We paid for a service and we should get the service we paid for. What a SCAM.

I can't stay with Zenfolio if they are going to continue archiving galleries. They started archiving galleries, I can't access images, this is a nightmare, you can only set so many galleies that won't archive overtime. This is NOT what I signed up for! Everything I like about Zenfolio is now gone.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service, the gallery archiving is really a disaster. I have an order I cannot process pending for 20 days - all because of their arbitray archiving process.
