The company kept increasing their… The company kept increasing their prices so much every year. Keep a good eye on your bills as they go up dramatically. its such a shame they dont care about keeping customers after calling them before we left. There is many other alternatives out there Hopefully they review there pricing so many customers we see on a lot of review channels go back....

Unethical and Grossly Overpriced Not only has the price tripled over the past few years but they have exploited the COVID crisis. After charging us in March, they relayed there is a 30 day cap on ALL refunds. Given the recent effects on COVID on most businesses, including ours, this was a clear case of profiting from a pandemic. We shall never do business with this company again. There are just too many other remote access options out there at a fraction of the cost.

Officially the worst customer service on the planet Trying to make a payment!!! Your phone call will go like this!! Step 1) How can I help, you will them the problem oh I need to transfer you!! step 2) Then through to the next agent who hasn't a clue about the last conversation who will then transfer you, see step one. It's an absolute dog muck of a company, they just follow a script which in the script common sense is not allowed

Price keeps going up. Splashtop a much cheaper solution We have been a long-time customer of Logmein. Very disappointed they continue to raise the prices as high as they are doing when we only use very basic features. This forced us to start looking around and I discovered Splashtop.com. it works exactly the same way including giving user and group permissions. And it's less than half the price. I highly recommend checking it out and wish I would have found it sooner. Sometimes you outprice yourself from the competition enforce your own customers into looking for options that turns out to be cheaper and better. Hopefully their sales department figures it out before it's too late

Charged again even though service was cancelled We cancelled our service over a year ago and even were refunded when cancelled as they had charged. However we were charged again this year and it has taken again time and effort to get a refund all of which was unnecessary. If this was a UK company I suspect there would be some kind of financial investigation. They really need to up there game.
