GBEntering the correct login credentials… Entering the correct login credentials on multiple devices, will only log me in on one laptop, wont let me log in with the correct credentials no matter what I do. Unbelievably bad experience for something called "logmein" I literally cant login. Their phone support was less than worthless. The dude didn't offer any ideas then transferred me to the wrong department.

GBCharged again even though service was cancelled We cancelled our service over a year ago and even were refunded when cancelled as they had charged. However we were charged again this year and it has taken again time and effort to get a refund all of which was unnecessary. If this was a UK company I suspect there would be some kind of financial investigation. They really need to up there game.

GBOfficially the worst customer service on the planet Trying to make a payment!!! Your phone call will go like this!! Step 1) How can I help, you will them the problem oh I need to transfer you!! step 2) Then through to the next agent who hasn't a clue about the last conversation who will then transfer you, see step one. It's an absolute dog muck of a company, they just follow a script which in the script common sense is not allowed

GBLogMeIn support is poor LogMeIn now owns GoToMeeting. I had a support issue, but the only method for getting support is to view their FAQ's or call them on the telephone. There is no method for opening a case by web interface, email or chat. There's not even a method to leave a voicemail message. I waited on hold for 40 minutes with the unpleasant easy-listening music before giving up. I have no way to resolve my issue at this point.

GBCatastrophic price rises We have been with LogMeIn for over 5 years now, and ran over 450 computers with them. don't get me wrong we all expect price increase but with no warning auto renewing with an increase from £1900 to £5500 is not a viable option. and we were lucky to catch it early and get our money back or this is a potentially business changing amount for us as a small company. If their version of economics makes sense then sign up, otherwise find a better option
