AUUnresponsive Customer Support Eight days we've been waiting for a response to a support ticket. Either grow your support team or pack your bags and go home. The unreliability of both the platform and support agents makes Manychat untenable as a solution for our business.

GBGreat idea, really confusing layout Love the idea of Manychat and it feels like it has so much potential. Still gives the option of "talk to a human" on my flows - not good when this is usually unmanned - I think this is a default setting, has lost me a few leads :( Hopefully, as it develops things will improve!

GBAvoid using if you are a business! We were wrongfully charged for an unprecedented increase in messenger subscribers that were gained AWAY from messenger. The platform started to tally our shopify emails from consumers we onboarded away from messenger. Our fee increase by a multiple of 4 and the support team refuse to acknowledge the fault in their system. Very poor service. No humans to speak to, no account management, zero communication about their service and your experience with the usability.

GBSUCKS SUCKS. Total time waster. Stay away from Manychat. Extremely confusing and not user friendly at all. Customer support is non-existent. They should charge $49 and put those resources into helping its users.
