GBGreat idea, really confusing layout Love the idea of Manychat and it feels like it has so much potential. Still gives the option of "talk to a human" on my flows - not good when this is usually unmanned - I think this is a default setting, has lost me a few leads :( Hopefully, as it develops things will improve!

ILSupport is slow and not affective Support is slow and I didn't get the support I needed. Just sent me to read long articles but never got a specific answer to my issue. Hope you'll get better in the future. For me, the experience of working with Manychat was one big frustration.

AUUnresponsive Customer Support Eight days we've been waiting for a response to a support ticket. Either grow your support team or pack your bags and go home. The unreliability of both the platform and support agents makes Manychat untenable as a solution for our business.

UYWorst Ever Worst ever. Very limited to do calculations (just the basic ones) When I tested the flow, it repeats messages. The flow should ask for three values to do a simple calculation, It asks for the first value and skips the rest, right to the last message. Useless. Support sucks, no answers whatsoever. What annoys me the most is the waste of my time trying to figure how this thing works on my own: impossible. Stay away for these ****.
