GBIncorrect Pro Subscription Charges I've been a customer of ManyChat for over 5 years, however in March this year I discovered that a new ManyChat pro subscription had started on one of my Facebook pages without my knowledge or notification emails. This is an error on ManyChat's part however I only discovered this now, over 6 months later and ManyChat are refusing to refund the amount. I used to be a big fan of this company however you should be aware of this problem and if connected to the service, with a card on file, check your account regularly.

ZAManychat billed me days after i… Manychat billed me days after i cancelled my subscription :(((((((((( I am crying why would they do that! They have lost me really. They say the following but still charged me "Please keep in mind that the subscription won't cancel immediately. The status of your subscription will become "Pending cancelation", and the subscription will be canceled completely at the end of your billing period. Do not worry, you won't be charged for it again. If you changed your mind, you can get back to Pro during the "Pending Cancellation" status. To do this, just click the green "Return to PRO" button seen in the screenshot above. NOTE that you need to cancel your Pro subscription first if you want to permanently disable your bot. Hope this helps!"

UYWorst Ever Worst ever. Very limited to do calculations (just the basic ones) When I tested the flow, it repeats messages. The flow should ask for three values to do a simple calculation, It asks for the first value and skips the rest, right to the last message. Useless. Support sucks, no answers whatsoever. What annoys me the most is the waste of my time trying to figure how this thing works on my own: impossible. Stay away for these ****.
