Bad Investment in my opinion I've used them for years but now it's impossible to use their service any day or anytime. For a week now, when I try to call Canada, I get the same message "All circuits are busy". I'm beginning to think they have been taken over by fraudsters as their "fix-it" guy is no longer with the Company.. I would not deal with these people unless you don't care about wasting your money.

I have used Tel3 when it was still… I have used Tel3 when it was still Setrate. Some 20 yrs. I can not make a call, it says all circuits busy. I have tried to contact customer service and only get a message that says all customer agents are busy, try again later.

Getting out, cancelling credit card Suddenly the calling rates have gone way up after many years of use. Also, the Tel3 website is now "not secure", from several devices or browsers. I can't reach anyone. I'm cancelling the credit card I'm using (luckily a rarely used card specifically for these kinds of iffy websites).

I have been a customer for years I have been a customer for years. Now, for the last 7 days any numbers I call in Germany do not connect. Customer service is so busy the disconnect to call back later and report a problem on the web site is not working.
