Is my marketing better with AWeber? AWeber helped me build out a highly responsive list of subscribers. I use their landing page builder so that I pre-sell products I promote on email sequences... And everything is done within the platform. My campaigns look professional & are easily setup with drag & drop features. I have followed various tips from their blog about what to do & what to avoid. Support & feedback are also top in their class. My online business is certainly moving forward with AWeber. Congrats!

This company has gotten so paranoid and… This company has gotten so paranoid and is banning anyone who breathes on their account. I am trust trying to import my customers (who have already double opt-ed in and agreed to get order updates.) They are deeming the contacts suspicious which is a total joke. They are going to put themselves out of business if they are so paranoid of their customers data.

Customer service that listens! Online trouble tickets with other companies are sometimes a hassle - back and forth with a rep who doesn’t seem to take the time to actually read the request. This is not the case with AWeber! Mary H explained my account information in a clear and helpful manner. Just one message and I had the information I needed. Thanks!

I very grateful for the most awesome… I very grateful for the most awesome customer support I have expirienced with Aweber! I hab a problem and halt an hour later I got a solution from Andrew! I thanked him and askrd another question and 10 minutes later I received a helpful advice from Jordan! It was an outstanding expirience and I love how simple it is to work with Aweber. I am a total newbie with E-Mail marketing and it is really simple to understand! Thanks a lot to the whole Aweber-team!!

They banned my inactive account They banned my inactive account. I stopped using the service a couple of months ago and even asked, as I was ending my subscription if I could come back to it at a later time. They said that I could and all was good. Today I tried logging in just to see that my account has been closed. No warnings, no email to let me know, nothing. I'd understand if I did something wrong while using the account but this was pretty much a quiet closure behind my back.
