This company has gotten so paranoid and… This company has gotten so paranoid and is banning anyone who breathes on their account. I am trust trying to import my customers (who have already double opt-ed in and agreed to get order updates.) They are deeming the contacts suspicious which is a total joke. They are going to put themselves out of business if they are so paranoid of their customers data.

These guys are banning everyone These guys are banning everyone. Imagine you have a small marketing agency, and one of your clients gets suspended for literally just suspicion of buying leads. There is no chance you will get unbanned, you will wait weeks to get a reply and all your other clients will be banned too (why? I have no idea). Your IP will be banned as well. I guess they would ban my dog either. Cool email builder idea, very bad TOS, poor deliverability. Unhuman support.

They are a giant in this industry and … They are a giant in this industry and deliver emails pretty good, but sometimes emails wind up in the spam folder for no good reason at all. Guess it's probably only so much they can control there. But although they're a the top of this field, there are more affordable email management options that can do an equal or better job. So my advice is not to get caught up by big names and do some research on other companies too in order t find the best most affordable solution for you.

Livechat you get someone who is obviously not talking to loads of other people, and that actually understands how their product works thoroughly. If you're doing email marketing and have a list that has real value in your niche they are a very good option. Not cheap, so only for medium/higher value product marketing really. But well run and professional.
