MTMy experience with AWeber has been terrible My experience with AWeber has been deeply disappointing. Their service feels robotic, with impersonal customer support. Terrible service The real problem, though, lies in their misleading pricing. They advertise an affordable starting rate, but once you're on board, hidden fees and sudden price increases hit you for more subscribers. You have to chase customer support to give you their pricing, making it hard to budget effectively. In summary, AWeber's abysmal customer service and misleading pricing practices make it an unsuitable choice for email marketing. Look elsewhere for transparency and better customer care.

GBI Was Scammed By Aweber! I received an email from Aweber, it had a video with information about a business. I followed the link and followed the details on the video, then lost my money. I spoke to Aweber customer service and they said it’s one of our members, if you’ve been scammed there’s nothing we can do, we protect our members. Allowing members to scam people and turning a blind eye is scandalous, shame on you Aweber! 9th Aug 2023 Aweber replied to me saying if you're scammed by our members it's not our problem, get a lawyer!

GBUsed for many years to mange my list/s. Used for many years to mange my list/s. Very good site and support is great both in terms of articles and livechat. Livechat you get someone who is obviously not talking to loads of other people, and that actually understands how their product works thoroughly. If you're doing email marketing and have a list that has real value in your niche they are a very good option. Not cheap, so only for medium/higher value product marketing really. But well run and professional.

PHWorst experience ever Worst experience ever. Was permanently banned immediately after registration with no reason stated. I guess they ban people based on the IP address, or name or just their mood? I didn't even send any emails. The communication was rude and not informative. Luckily there are plenty of alternatives.
