They are a giant in this industry and … They are a giant in this industry and deliver emails pretty good, but sometimes emails wind up in the spam folder for no good reason at all. Guess it's probably only so much they can control there. But although they're a the top of this field, there are more affordable email management options that can do an equal or better job. So my advice is not to get caught up by big names and do some research on other companies too in order t find the best most affordable solution for you.

I stopped using the service a couple of months ago and even asked, as I was ending my subscription if I could come back to it at a later time. They said that I could and all was good. Today I tried logging in just to see that my account has been closed. No warnings, no email to let me know, nothing. I'd understand if I did something wrong while using the account but this was pretty much a quiet closure behind my back.

These guys are banning everyone These guys are banning everyone. Imagine you have a small marketing agency, and one of your clients gets suspended for literally just suspicion of buying leads. There is no chance you will get unbanned, you will wait weeks to get a reply and all your other clients will be banned too (why? I have no idea). Your IP will be banned as well. I guess they would ban my dog either. Cool email builder idea, very bad TOS, poor deliverability. Unhuman support.
