GBTurbotenant makes it easy Turbotenant was a crucial part of managing our rental from finding leads, screening and onboarding. Tenants have also found it very to use and our utilizing the messages feature which is great. I do not collect rent through the platform but it is a great way to keep track of Zelle payments and send invoices/reminders. Some improvements can be a separate application feature that doesn’t need the screening. This will help Landlords to first check the application and see if the Tenant is a good fit without asking them to pay for screening.

GBAll in one hub All in one hub! I love the features it offers all in one, organized place. I can advertise the apartments across multiple sites, communicate with potential tenants, prescreen tenants, screen and accept applications all in one place. I also love the previous landlord reference feature. I haven't used the lease feature and managing rent payment feature yet but based on my experience with all of the above, I may go ahead and use it to manage everything for my rentals.

GBI like the centralized management of properties I like the centralized management of my properties along with all the LL documents & digital signing, if needed. You have always responded promptly to any inquiries I have. No complaints from my tenants. (Win! Win!) Helps to keep us both honest with detailed record keeping. Thank you!!!

GBthis is a landlord service this is a landlord service, very unfriendly to the tenant. after taking an invasive amount of personal information it does what it wants, and there is no way for the tenant to reach a live person. their phone number is for 'premier members', i.e. landlords. there is no chat. there is an email address which they do not respond to. i have sent several emails over a period of several days and gotten no response. tenant cannot even close its account! there is no way to do that online, and as stated above, they do not reply to the support email address.

GBI had high hopes for this company I had high hopes for this company, but I am frustrated and upset with their accounting processes. They have poor customer service and have raised their prices over 100% year over year. They even started charging my tenants extra fees without notice (ACH). AVOID this company.
